Before I travelled, I voraciously consumed movies that were about travel. I loved watching movies that were set in foreign lands and foreign films, in general. Watching these movies really helped to visualise my dreams and drove me to make them come true.
One of the best things about films is that a location scout searches the world for beautiful places to feature in their movie and they share these places with you in the movie. When you watch these movies you are instantly transported to somewhere novel and can find out where in the world is calling you! It is a great way to find inspiration for future travels.
Some of these are my favourite films of all time. Some of these you may have heard of before and others not. I hope they can inspire you as they inspired me.
So, without further ado, here are some films to get you dreaming too!
